What’s their ethnicity? -- Half Scandinavian, half African
Interesting physical traits? -- Missing the middle finger of her right hand, pale blonde eyelashes and hair despite having dark skin.
Hell, what team are they even in? -- Weapons~.

Any languages on the side? -- ... naw. She knows a bit of Latin for mass, but that's it.
